Can I cancel my order

If your order is still being processed and has not shipped,please contact us at support@zestoutfit.com ASAP cancel your order.If the item is already sent, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or adjust orders.

Can I change my order infomation such as the shipping address, size, color or style after the order is placed?

If you mistakenly input the wrong information Please contact us at support@zestoutfit.com ASAP. We will see if we can take care of it before it is too late. However, we can't guarantee anything in this case. Once your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to change anything.

How long does shipping & delivery take?

We are currently experiencing very high demand so please allow 5- 8 Business days for your order to be processed.Once your order is processed you will be sent an email with estimated delivery date or tracking link. Shipping time varies by location. United States or Europe (2-3 Business days) by Express and (5-8 Business days) by Standard Shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 before tax, within the contiguous United States. If your order qualifies, the option for free standard shipping will automatically appear during checkout when you select your shipping method.Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside the contiguous United States are excluded. This offer is not available to pro customers.





Can I ship my order to a PO Box or APO/FPO military address

No. Orders can only be shipped to physical residential or commercial addresses.

What If my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

If your order is marked as delivered, but you still don't get it, a few things may have occurred:

Your delivery person marked your package as delivered in advance, and the package may still be on the way;

A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package for you. If the above doesn't apply and you can't find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.
